Custom Embroidery

Producing high-quality embroidered apparel involves several factors. Our team of artists can assist you in creating a design suitable for digitization or prepare existing artwork for embroidery. We collaborate with you by sending proofs to ensure that we meet your expectations. Each design undergoes custom digitization, followed by a sew-out sample to test the logo on various fabrics and thread densities before being applied to the final product.

Tips for Embroidery

The Process

Proof

We offer a hassle-free experience for creating your embroidered products. Our team will guide you through the process, from a simple sketch to a final logo.  Need some custom hand towels? Or an embroidered hat? We will send you the proofs to help show exactly how your design will look.

Digitizing

Digitizing for embroidery involves converting graphic designs into embroidery files that can be read by embroidery machines. If you already own a digitized design of your artwork or if you don't, our digitizer can re-draw the logos from scratch considering density, stitch length, underlay, and stitch type based on fabric and materials used.

Sewout Samples

After digitizing, a sew-out sample is embroidered on the exact fabric it was designed for. The thread density can be modified at this point. The sew-out sequence varies depending on the fabric type and its properties. When embroidering hats, the sequence starts from the center of the design and moves outward to sew one side, then returns to the center to sew the other side. Additionally, we can experiment with embroidery styles (puff or flat), sizes, and colors during this stage
