Embroidery Locations:

Custom embroidery is a great way to add a personal touch to your clothing or accessories. But where are the best locations to place your embroidery? Some popular options include the chest, sleeve, and back of a shirt, as well as the front of a hat or the pocket of a bag. Ultimately, the choice is yours and depends on your personal style and preferences.

Text Guidelines:

We can embroider text as small as 0.25 inches with high accuracy. If needed, we can make adjustments to your design to account for minor variations. Typically, a single line of text can only include about 20 characters and spaces before it requires the text to be split into two lines.

Digitizing

Digitizing for embroidery involves converting graphic designs into embroidery files that can be read by embroidery machines. If you already own a digitized design of your artwork or if you don't, our digitizer can re-draw the logos from scratch considering density, stitch length, underlay, and stitch type based on fabric and materials used.

Sewout Samples

After digitizing, a sew-out sample is embroidered on the exact fabric it was designed for. The thread density can be modified at this point. The sew-out sequence varies depending on the fabric type and its properties. When embroidering hats, the sequence starts from the center of the design and moves outward to sew one side, then returns to the center to sew the other side. Additionally, we can experiment with embroidery styles (puff or flat), sizes, and colors during this stage
